Customer Street's new Customer Care Team

Its important for a business like Customer Street to be constantly examining trends which can in turn indicate what our customers think of us. During the last six months we have seen impressive customer retentions improvements meaning people are not choosing to leave us the same as they did. I like to think that reflects the ethos that has been instilled in all departments that means we now know how to care for our customers.

Never one to rest our our laurels however we are now adding a new team of agents to begin the huge process of calling all our customers on a regular basis to discuss how happy they are with their package and to clarify any issues they may have. If you are a customer of ours you can expect to receive some of these calls and we hope it will help us to further improve our packages and the documentation we send out to you.

Its a big commitment to improving our service yet further. Our new Customer Care Team are there to do just that. No sales pitches, they are just going to help and advise our ever growing customer base to get the most from their packages with us and their general internet presence. We hope our customers will appreciate this move.
