Customer Street is busy at the moment

I have to apologise for not making my regular postings but in fact we have been so busy of late that I have genuinely struggled to find the time. Currently we are working on a big new project to improve our sales teams contacts with our customers post-sale to ensure we don't suffer from the big company mentality that means you cant speak to the person you dealt with before.

Its been a huge success in our support department and we are having great results at improving all areas of the business and following our move of our support centre to within the head sales office we have found that we are all working much more closely together.

I am also pleased to welcome a new team member to the SEO department. Lee Johnson brings huge experience and is here to help build the profile of our customer sites and advise on changes to the directory strategy to help growth. You can read his blog here.
