Something positive for the day
One of our customer criticism's in the past and rightly so was that we were slow to let them know when their was a problem with their account and often our previous CRM system (provided by one of the worlds largest software houses) really let us down. We decided that the only way to fix this was to build a complete new system from scratch and thats what we are doing. Its not projected to be fully completed until the end of March 2007 but one of the most important functions relating to payments is to be in service by mid-December 2006 and we are sure this will give our customers much more up to date and accurate information in their dealings with Ufindus.com
