Ufindus.com reputation building
At Ufindus.com we are working harder and harder to ensure that we build a reputation for quality of service and also quality of customer service and we know we have made mistakes in the past. I attend a daily meeting to check on the progress of our new Ufindus Accountibility Department who are working hard to contact customers who are unhappy with any of our services in any way, not just to make them happy (which of course is important) but to feed back to any areas of Ufindus that needs improvement.
I have to admit that we have been a little slow in realising that this could be of benefit but changes are afoot at Ufindus now and many of them are drivin by the accountiblity department that are cataloguing anything that breaks down anywhere in our systems and making sure they are fixed as quickly as they can.
They are also making a good fist of contacting a minority of people who post negative comments about Ufindus on various websites but some of them are just plain refusing to speak to us because they dont want to resolve issues they just want to criticise us so they can, they believe, compete with us.
A great example of this is Kevin at cantufind.com which is a directory business that was renamed www.theorangepages.com and the name cantufind.com pointed to this for a year or more. After we started advertising on tv in his area this small business then started trying to get us to change our name. He failed in getting our trademark issued and so then he started a very bitter and unprofessional campaign against us to tell the world how bad we are. If we try to publish the truth on his apparently "open" blog sites he bans us and refuses to accept our comments. Well thanks to Kevin this site and Ufindus.com's official blogs have been opened so we can be honest with our customers and show them how hard that our team of over 500 people are working to make sure we do a good job for them.
If you come across bad comments about Ufindus.com on the web just take note about how many of them are generated by Kevin at Cantufind.com and then note that he offers services similar to ours he claims for a fraction of our price. Kevin is a competitor who has largely been unsuccesful and therefore is very jealous of Ufindus.com. He has never been a customer of Ufindus.com and therefore can not atest to the quality of the service yet claims to be an expert. He also puts out some nonsense about a "class action law suit". This is just rubbish.
