Mr Fixit hails Ufindus

The old adage is true that you only hear from customers when they are unhappy but its nice when a customer makes a comment to reflect the hard work that goes on at Ufindus.

This months the traffic generated by the Ufindus network will easily exceed 10,000,000 searches to our customers websites. We often hear a lot of nonsense about our product not delivering from our competitors but actually we know that Ufindus provides fantastic results for thousands of customers.

I am sure that there are customers where our service doesn't work but given the traffic levels that we track we know that a lot of people are getting huge numbers of visits and searches. Often we believe that customers don't actually track the traffic and therefore don't credit us with the work we do. We have 32,000 customer sites listed in key positions on Google and other search engines but when our customers ask where somebody found their number they answer "Google". Of course the sites didn't just get there by accident. The Ufindus team work day and night to assist our customers to get found where they want to be.

Today I heard of a case of a Mr Fixit who was considering leaving our service soon after signing up because he read some of the rubbish posted by the competition. He was persuaded by our excellent customer services team to stay with the package and you can read what the result was here.
